Let’s dive into Part 2 to see what the Neptune in Aries ingress can tell us…the dates are March 30, 2025 at 6:58AM CST for the initial ingress and the final ingress is January 26, 2026 at 11:35AM CST.

Basic Breakdown

We can determine a lot from the most basic, elemental perspective. Neptune going from a water sign (wet = blend, blur, cohere, preserve, insulate, suspend) to a fire sign (hot = separate, kinetic/agitating, alchemize, shift, dynamic). From nocturnal, fecund, Jupiterian waters that exalt Venus, to diurnal, vital Marsian flames that exalt the Sun. 

Where Pisces has been dreams/fantasies, ethereal spiritual connection, very crown chakra, illusions/delusions, projections, scams, subtleties, inner reflections, and metaphor, Aries is a reality check. It’s the present, visceral and literal connection, lower body chakras, blunt and concise, blood, sweat and tears. Its action, it’s demanding, it is prickly sensation, lactic acid building in the muscle, it’s the ambition that drives ego and purpose.

Stellium

At the first ingress of Neptune switching signs, we have a stellium in Pisces and Aries, energetically emphasizing a transition between these 2 eras. From angel era to villain era.

Planetary Condition

Neptune and Aries planets are ruled by a fallen Mars in Cancer. The Pisces planets are ruled by a detriment Jupiter in Gemini…yikes?

FYI, the more permanent ingress into Aries on January 26, 2026 does look like a more supported chart. We’ll talk about that in a future blog.

Pisces Planets

• Saturn-North Node: heightened demands/standards, values masochistic levels of discipline, restless, giving your all, could draw negative energy to you or be your own demise
• Saturn-Mercury: deliberate, smart, fact-checkers, realists, pessimism
• Saturn-Venus: nostalgic, tragic, bittersweet love, sad girl core
• Venus retrograde-Mercury retrograde-North Node: Desire for beauty, pleasure, hedonistic delights, charm. Rahu makes these desires stronger, hungrier.
• Uranus sextile, Jupiter square and Mars trine Pisces planets: Adds eruptive, impulsive, dynamic, restless energy to the Pisces energy

All this says to me we are experiencing strong desires and judgements about how we should be acting. Value judgements about hedonism and austerity will influence what we do and think of ourselves and others. When we experience internal conflicts and negative judgements about our desires we experience shame and self-berating. Morale is down and there could be a moment of fuck it, let’s just do it – whatever that thing is. There could also be a narrative of people placing value judgements on others who don’t share their values and wanting to do something about it.

Venus and Mercury will play an interesting part in the Neptune story. The three planets will dance between Aries and Pisces, retrograde and direct conjunctions to create a messy, blending perspective shift. Our unfolding thought process and unfolding external events will be important to consider from early February to early May 2025. 

Conjunctions to Neptune provide their own intuitive type of clarity – a polishing and purifying of thought and feeling, a connecting to spiritual, subtle matters. Then, Neptune enters Aries like a jolt into a new perspective, a new ideal image coming through. Like having a vision and suddenly an intense flame of conviction comes over you. You know the truth because you profoundly *felt* it and no one can tell you otherwise. You are ready to crusade. This can of course be a genuinely beneficial experience but crusades have their obvious pitfalls. I would watch out for dogmatic people trying to force others into their “divinely-guided” way of being, and check yourself for hypocritical, manipulative behavior in the name of some ideal.

Aries Planets

• Neptune-Sun sextile Jupiter: transcending previous self-beliefs to step into some alternate version of yourself, or simply, delusional self confidence.
• Chiron-Part of Spirit-Moon square Mars: Sore spots, managing vulnerabilities and defensiveness. 

At the ingress, we’ve just passed the spring equinox so Sun is exalted in Aries. It is confident and sure of itself, but Neptune is coming for it with Jupiter applying in Gemini where any line of thinking goes. 

Neptune gets support – or possibly drains support – from a strong Sun. Perhaps, we as a country have been exalted, felt like the best, never thought we could get the rug pulled from under us but now Neptune is coming to disorient and dissolve all we thought we knew. With that Mars in the mix we may continue to defend ourselves as if things are the way they’ve always been, or as if we are still right and still have the upper hand…the question is, do we? Neptune is diluting our strong sense of self and the Sun will come out changed – our perception of ourselves altered in Neptune’s Fun House mirrors. 

Sun with the Lot of Spirit and Chiron is like doubling down on your passion and purpose but perhaps because you feel some fear, threat, or insecurity around not doing so. It is hopefully a moment to acknowledge and heal the Chironic Aries wound, but it could also turn out to be a moment to defend the wound.

We have a growing new moon in Aries with Moon and Mars in mutual reception. Moon and Mars are not exactly comfortable in the signs they are in, but they can help each other by giving advice on their respective homes. Moon shows Mars where to find protection and defense skills in Cancer, Mars shows Moon where to find the Red Bull and nicotine. Nervous systems and survival instincts are high.

Moon with Chiron speaks to an emotional vulnerability – what hurts about being an Aries? Feeling like you always have to be the initiator, the hero, the brave one who everyone counts on, the one shouldering the burden of being the doer, go getter, provider. Chiron wounds in Aries can be around asking for help, of believing you have to be the strong one. The fear of needing others, loving others, losing or being disappointed by others. These sore spots might be hidden under self-demands to get back up no matter how many times we’ve been knocked down, take no rest days, get scrappy and get it done.

As far as that goes for the US, perhaps the issue of always being on top is that you can fall and the country might have to contend with that. And if we keep pushing our citizens what will they do when they finally break?

If Pisces is a place Neptune likes, that means Neptune likes cool, wet places. Neptune is likely warm and wet if we follow temperament because it blends, dissolves, expands and unifies. Either way, hot and dry Aries is not its thing. There’s been an abundance of unhindered Neptune energy in Pisces, and now we’re in a drought in Aries so to speak. The environment is harsher, hotter, sharper than Pisces – so how will Neptune channel that energy?

Neptune is our collective ideals, dreams, and fantasies. In Aries, those ideals become more rough around the edges anyway, but Neptune here is ruled by a fallen Mars. Cancer Mars is defensive, like a soldier fighting from a trench. They don’t have the upper hand and have to play to what defensive strengths they do have. They have something to lose, but also something to protect and fight for. This can be honorable, show determination, and provide the conviction needed to get shit done even when victory isn’t on your side. This type of Mars energy will influence the ideals Neptune brings to our attention.

This ingress moment paints of picture of having our dreams dashed but being unwilling to give up. Like we are fantasizing under un-ideal circumstances but have the conviction to fight for what we believe in.

In an insane twist of events, Uranus moves into Gemini on July 7, 2025 so Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter are all in new signs for a short time summer 2025. We will get a glimpse at entirely new skies and what awaits us in 2026 and beyond. This many planets changing signs around the same time is extremely rare. We truly have no idea what lies ahead!
